Summary

The Morris family wished to replace their old pool house with a bespoke building that matched the house, had enough space for a sofa and TV and plenty of storage for inflatables etc

Details

- External finish: Grey Polymer render

- Foundations: Built on a solid concrete base topped with rubber jack pads.

- Two Storage areas: External access doors finished in same polymer render blend seamlessly with rest f building.

- Windows and doors: Bi-folds across the front (4 sashes of 1.0m wide x 2.05m high), 1 x high opening window for ventilation. All frames in powder coated aluminium (RAL7012ST)

- Flooring: 10mm v groove laminate which comes with a 25-year manufacturer's residential warranty.

- Electrics: 9 internal and 4 external energy efficient LED down-lights, pendant lights in each storage room and 4 double power sockets, all Part P certified.
