Summary

Our client needed to create office space and chose Garden Spaces to design and install this compact stylish office, with its glazed corner. The studio takes advantage of available 'green' space without dominating the garden.

Details

Aluminium Venetian blinds: Giving privacy and an ability to control the suns glare when needed.

Bespoke glazing: uPVC double glazing (in anthracite grey RAL 7016) with high security 5-point locking to the French doors, and a key operated lock for the high top hung window.

Convector heater: Thermostatically controlled with a timer.

Laminate flooring: Exceptionally hard wearing yet attractive with the bevelled edges, wide planks and textured oak effect finish. Comes with a 25-year manufacturer's warranty.

Electrics: 3 internal and 2 external dimmable LED down-lights, and 3 double power sockets (all in brushed metal finish), all Part P certified.
