The landscape gardener worked with us to design and install this building on behalf of his clients. This spacious garden room is to be a place for socialising and relaxing with friends and family.
- Integral storage: A large SIPs storage room with double doors, for large garden equipment.
- Kitchenette: A practical addition when serving drinks etc. with plenty of cupboard space.
- Roof overhang: Providing shelter from sunshine and showers whilst enjoying the great outdoors.
- Powder coated aluminium frames: All windows and doors, RAL colour code 7021ST (grey/black)
- Two sets of bi-folds: Creating a glazed corner for unfettered views and when open, a huge expanse of indoor/outdoor space.
- High performance glazing: Argon gas filled, heat reflective, thermally insulating, UV protective double glazed units with toughened glass.
- External finish: Our Kiln dried thermowood cladding (standard for all Helix models). It can be re-oiled annually to maintain the depth of colour.
- Heating: 1 x wall mounted convector heater, to boost temperatures when required.
- Wi-Fi: Connected via power cable
- PIR Sensor: To illuminate the external lights on approach.
- Laminate Flooring: This oak effect 10mm v groove laminate comes with a 25-year manufacturer's residential warranty.
- Electrics fittings: 6 internal and 4 external energy efficient LED down-lights, 1 x internet socket, 1 x TV point and 3 double power sockets, all Part P certified.
