Summary

This family simply wanted to create more living space. Garden Spaces designed and installed this fabulous contemporary garden room with a glazed corner looking over the garden.

Details

Bespoke design: A glazed corner was incorporated, formed by 2 fixed high windows and a 3-sash bi-folding door.  

Internal storage area: With a wooden lockable door.

Wall mounted convector heater: All you require to boost the temperature of this highly insulated building.

Powder coated aluminium frames: A great choice of colours are available. Our clients chose RAL 9910 G internally and the RAL 7016 M (anthracite grey) for the external colour.

PIR sensor: Activates external down lights on approach.

WiFi: Wireless broadband via power cable.

Certificated electrics: 8 internal and 3 external dimmable LED down-lights and 5 double power sockets (brushed metal finish).
