Summary

This stylish studio was installed to create comfortable inviting all year round space, using a corner of the garden. Our bespoke studios are SIPs constructions, ensuring not only a speedy 'clean' build but exceptional structural rigidity, acoustic insulation and thermal performance. This studio includes the following notable features:

Details

- High Performance Glazing: Argon gas filled, heat reflective, thermal insulating, UV protective with Planitherm 4S.

- Sedum Living Roof: Sedum not only looks fantastic, it also helps with the wild life of your garden, adds further sound and thermal insulation to the studio and assists in rain water management. (Please note Sedum is shade intolerant)

- Bi-folding doors: 3 x 800mm wide by 2.05m high sashes, giving unhindered views across the garden and an indoor outdoor feel when fully opened.

- Flooring: Engineered oak that comes with a manufacturer's 30-year residential warranty.

- Doors and window frames: Upgraded to powder coated aluminium (anthracite grey RAL 7016) with high security 5 point locking and key operated window locks.

- Western Red Cedar cladding: Upgraded from Thermowood to Western Red Cedar, on the front and left elevation. Our cedar is slow grown in cool climes giving it a fine even grain and exceptional durability.

- Electrical installations: 2 internal wall lights (supplied by our client), 4 external LED down-lights and 4 double power sockets installed and certificated by our experienced electrician.
