I would like to take a moment to thank you and your build team who did a fantastic job throughout. The build team were exceptional and very professional. They have executed this job brilliantly! I'd recommend them to anyone. They required little supervision and were quite friendly and patient to any suggestions / ideas
All deliveries were handled by your team, with minimal disturbance to us (even the skip handling!) The electrics job was done very well too - electrician was superb. Whilst Donna was not on-site, her guidance to the team was quite evident.

Summary

Many families could do with more living space and the Ghandi's like so many, saw a permanent, energy efficient, weatherproof garden room as the solution. They needed something bright and spacious yet compact, to fit alongside their existing garden shed and tight to the back fence.

Details

Thermowood cladding: A durable kiln dried cladding that comes as standard on Helix studios. It is secretly nailed with stainless steel fixings and can be oiled annually to enrich the colour. The rear elevation is finished in cement particle board painted with a tough weather shield paint, to match the frames.

Glazed corner: A lovely feature, formed from French doors and a fixed high window, each panel being 900mm wide by 2050mm high.

Rear window: This top opening window on the back wall ensures good ventilation throughout the year.

Flooring: Our high quality 10mm v grove laminate is also standard for Helix models. It is very aesthetic, exceptional practical and durable ad comes with a 25 year manufacturers backed warranty.

Security PIR: Installed to activate external down-lights on approach.

Frames: Energy efficient double glazing with uPVC frames (anthracite grey externally white internally)

Electrics fittings: 4 internal dimmable and 2 external energy efficient LED down-lights, 3 double power sockets, all Part P certified.
