I cannot believe that I am sat here in my Garden Office in the midst of winter, literally just a few working days since the team started on site. I am really delighted that I chose Garden Spaces on account of the breathtakingly simple modern design, high levels of performance, and the sheer ease of dealing with Roger and the team. Requests were dealt with efficiently and promptly and issues were rectified as a priority.I was really impressed by the installation team, not only were they polite, friendly and courteous, I found them to have a very high level of attention to detail and pride in the job that they were doing. Summary

Planning permission was required for this garden office as the proposed site meant the studio would be situated in front of the principal elevation of the existing property.
Our client was looking for a cost effective, year round solution from which he could work from home and so our Helix spec buildings were discussed.

Details

Based closely around our standard Helix specification we were able to keep costs within budget whilst still delivering a usable year round space.
The internal dimensions of the room were adapted to fit some existing office furniture our client wished to incorporate.
Externally the cladding was stained to the customers preference, a sedum roof was added and an additional step was created with the chosen decking.
