Good afternoon

I just thought I would send you the attached picture and let you know we are so pleased with the studio.

So far this winter we have just used a fan heater to take the edge off the overnight chill, so the insulation is working very well.

A great product.

Summary

Our customer on this build worked from home running their own business but wanted a bespoke space in which to do this from and increase space in their own home.
They wanted an office that could be used all year round no matter what the weather so insulation was key for them.
The garden had a number of small existing sheds in it which would need to me removed and relocated. In addition to this there were some shrubs and decking that would also need removing in order to create enough space for the office studio.

Details

At Garden spaces, all our buildings are constructed in a way that helps to maintain a stable temperature. Therefore they require low levels of energy input in order to keep them at the desired level so year round use and comfort is easily achieved. To enable temperature control in winter, the customer opted to add a convector wall heater to their office.
Our hard-wired convector wall heaters have thermostatic control and are programmable. These wall-mounted unit are hard wired into the internal electrics so no unsightly wired are left on display and mean the edge can be taken off on those cold winter days.
An upgrade to cedar cladding was also requested as well as changing the lighting from strip lights to down lighting. This created a perfect office space which provided a year round use
