Summary

The customer's request for this build was a small garden studio which was to be used as a games room. This would double as a television and leisure room in which the family could relax, unwind and use all year round.
Wiring for Sky multiroom was required along with enough space to accommodate a pool table and enough space for players to move easily around it.
The customer was in the process of buying the property when making the enquiries for the studio, and wanted the building to be completed and ready to use as soon as possible after moving in.

Details

This studio was made with bifolding doors which allowed the whole front of the studio to open up onto the garden. This allowed enough space to get a pool table in with plenty of playing space around it.
Wiring for Sky multiroom was incorporated into the structure of the studio to allow wires to be hidden and the television to be attached to the wall with a smooth finish.
With our flexibility regarding build times and booking start dates, we were able to correspond with the customer whilst they were exchanging contracts for their new property, and the installation date was booked during this process. Thanks to our short lead times we were able to commence construction as soon as the customer had moved in and the build was completed within 3 weeks.
