I'm really happy with the outbuilding. I think the finish is top quality and I think that is down to both the product and the quality of workmanship from both Colum and Jimmy. I would like to give a special mention to Jimmy who's attention to detail and hard work in finishing the job has created the space we were hoping for. I found the entire build team really easy to work with and always willing to answer questions and find solutions to any challenges.

Summary

Garden Spaces installed this lovely garden studio with sliding doors and great storage, for the whole family to enjoy. The rear of the studio creates the boundary and there is storage both internally and externally.

Details

Foundations: Ground conditions permitting most of our studios are installed onto stainless steel Screw pile foundations, however with this project the studio was built onto an existing concrete slab.

Integral storage: This studio was designed with both internally accessible and externally accessible storage.

Frames: All powder coated aluminium (colour: black/grey RAL 7021ST)

Sliding Doors: Sliding doors present minimal obstruction to your views, here with two large sashes (each 1.35m wide x 2.05 high)

Wall mounted convector heater: Perfect for tweaking the temperature in these exceptionally thermally efficient studios.

Laminate flooring: Extremely hard wearing with no maintenance. Great for gyms. Comes with a 25-year manufacturer's warranty.

Electrics: 9 internal and 4 external dimmable LED down lights, 4 double power sockets and a strip light in the store area, all Part P certificated.
