Summary

This family decided to utilise space at the bottom of their garden for a bespoke TV / cinema room. A very cool idea. Our design included a storage room accessible from outside, which created a useful recess inside, for shelving etc.

Details

Western Red Cedar cladding: Our most popular finish thanks to the warm natural colours, even grain and reliable longevity. It can be oiled annually to maintain the warmer tones or left to silver over time.

Bi-folds: With 3 sashes, each 0.9m x 2.05m.

Frames: All powder coated aluminium in grey/black RAL 7021ST.

Integral blinds: Giving much needed control of sun light for this cinema room.

Laminate flooring: Authentic feel and appearance with bevelled edges and wide planks. So hard wearing that it comes with a 25-year manufacturer's warranty!

Wall mounted convector heater: Our studios are exceptionally thermally efficient. This thermostatically controlled heater is more than adequate for adding a little heat on cold evenings.

Wi-Fi: Wireless broadband via power cable.

Certificated electrics: 7 internal and 3 external dimmable LED down-lights, a pendant light in the store room and 3 double power sockets.
