"Please thank your team for their efforts. The whole build went really smoothly and we can’t quite believe what’s suddenly appeared at the end of our garden.
Just a quick extra thank you. Your guys just popped back to pick up something they’d left and noticed that we’d had our 14 heavy packs of floor planks delivered (dumped by a really unfriendly and unhelpful driver out the front). They immediately offered to carry them through to the studio for us. We’re so grateful - I really wasn’t looking forward to having to do that later. I thanked them effusively of course but maybe you too can let them know how much we appreciated it."
