There is always something that doesn't quite live up to expectation or an aspect of an installation/service/follow up/workmanship/costs/timescale that could have been better. That is, until I used Garden Spaces to install my bespoke studio. Every conceivable aspect went without incident. The team were as professional as it gets, polite, courteous, friendly, with a can do attitude that is rarely seen in any industry, let alone the building trade. Their skill set was extensive with a proactive, solution based approach to every task, always ensuring that the customers' 'best interests' came first. The project came in on budget, that is, there wasn't a single unexpected cost. 'All inclusive' was just that! I genuinely couldn't recommend these guys enough. They are without question the very best of the best.

Summary

A high specification garden building was needed for use as a family room and play space for our clients young children. The room would need a full heating system and integrated washroom with toilet and sink facilities.
A large flat screen tv would need fixing to the wall and substantial groundwork would be needed to the base of the structure.

Details

The building designs featured pillar less bifold corner doors. Once opened fully these provide easy access to the outside play areas used by the children and allow the parents to keep an eye on things from the comfort of the room. The double glazed units included integral blinds which are a good option where your children are present as the blinds are kept safely away from harm between the glass panels.
Plumbing for the radiators was brought from the existing property and installed as an extension of the home heating system. A sedum roof was installed which helped soften the appearance of the large garden room.
