We're over the moon with the room. Ash has already been back and sorted the snags.
I wanted to say from start to finish we've been more than happy with all aspects. The lads were on time, polite, hard-working professionals. And not too shabby yourself .... so thanks to all involved.

Summary

This family wanted to install a multi-functional studio using surplus capacity at the bottom of their garden. As the images reflect, the build capitalised on the full width available and consists of a main garden room at the front with wide side access to a spacious SIPs storage area.

Details

Bespoke overhang above side walkway: Giving sheltered access to the storage room.

Bifold doors: 3 sashes of 900mm x 2.05m high opening onto composite deck step.

Window and door Frames: All powder coated aluminium (RAL 7021 ST)

High performance glazing: Argon gas filled, heat reflective, thermal insulating, UV protective, double glazed units with toughened glass.

Heating: Wall mounted Convector heater with thermostat and timer.

Laminate Flooring: Our 12mm thick flooring with wide planks is very durable and as well as the great appearance, the textured finish feels just like a hardwood product when walked on. The 4V groove and bevelled edge adds definition. Backed by a manufacturer's 25-year warranty.

Electrics: 6 internal dimmable LED down-lights, 5 external dimmable LED lights plus a strip light in the store room, and 4 double power sockets (all in brushed metal finish), all Part P certified.
