The owner of this beautiful bespoke garden gym runs their own personal training business. She did consider renting space but decided designing and installing her own building was a far better solution that would add value to her property.
Bespoke design: This is a Helix studio with selected upgrades, enabling the client to achieve the very best solution for their budget.
Thermowood cladding: Covering the front elevation. It is kiln dried so will not warp and is fixed with secret stainless steel pins. It is durable & maintenance free but can be oiled annually if preferred.
Light and spacious: A glazed frontage consisting of a single, glazed door and 2 fixed windows (all 0.9m wide x 2.05m high)
Skylight: Flooding natural light into the room, regardless of time of day (0.9 by 0.9m)
High performance glazing: Moderating internal temperatures; Argon gas filled, heat reflective, thermal insulating, UV protective & easy to clean.
Specialist flooring: Rubber tiles, perfect for gyms.
Climate Control: Our Fujitsu climate control unit, installed by experts. It has outstanding energy performance, controlling both right temperature and humidity.
Electrics: 8 internal dimmable and 2 external energy efficient LED down-lights, 4 double power sockets, all Part P certified.
