Comments

We found everything from the initial meeting to discuss the specification, through to the completion of the construction a very pleasurable and stress free experience. The team went beyond what was required of them to build us a 'Garden Space' that exceeded our expectations. All lead times were met and there were no hidden or surprise costs involved. We would have no hesitations recommending this company to anyone thinking of having this type of construction.

Summary

This project in North London needed to provide additional space for the family and provide the children an area to relax.
Situated at the end of a long garden the building would free up valuable space in the house which was at the time being used as a makeshift gymnasium.

Details

Upgrading our Helix spec studio meant the cladding could be more closely matched to the building's surroundings. Groundwork had to be carried out with care as the studio was to be built with the existing astroturf in place which was cut to fit the foot print of the finished building.
Internally the games room included a climate control unit to help keep the occupants cool when the gym equipment is in use. The unit is also ideal for adding warmth to the building which, even though fitted with standard insulation, is very thermally efficient.
The position of the window was moved to the front as our client was keen not to have a window overlooking the neighbouring property.
A further requirement was the relocation of an existing shed to provide storage for the garden items.
