From the initial site survey through to completion of the build, my whole experience with Garden Spaces has been nothing short of fantastic. They gave me very helpful advice with regards to planning permission and landscaping my garden, and they produced a detailed and professional quote/survey with clear pricing information. Summary

Expensive costs associated with renting office space for the clients business led him to investigate the available options for a dedicated quiet office space at home. Having considered working from an existing room within the family home it was decided that savings in office rental would soon pay for a purpose built space in the garden from which he could work. Having then factored in the savings in fuel and time commuting daily the home office solution became a clear solution.
Good natural light was needed close to a meeting area and therefore a large additional opening side window was specified.

Details

Our design featured many of our standard Helix office specifications including upvc door and window frames, thermowood cladding and a tough laminate floor. The finished building provides a professional environment in which our client can work as well as entertain clients in a quiet area separate from the family home.
Frosted glass was fitted to the side window for added privacy whilst ensuring light is still brought into the room.
The office also features a contemporary internal strip light, external security light with PIR sensor and small heating unit to warm the room during colder months.
