Summary

With a growing family, this client decided to capitalise on garden space to create this fabulous multi-functional room for the children to use and for entertaining and generally enjoying. Our installation was part of a wider landscaping project.

Details

External finish: Kiln dried FSC Western red cedar with secret fixings, oiled to enhance the warm tones.

Spacious storage area: With a separate external door that is clad to blend seamlessly with the front façade.

Wall mounted convector heater: Perfect for tweaking the temperature on really cold days.

Security PIR: PIR sensor to activate external down-lights

Wi-Fi: Wireless broadband via power cable

Glazing and frames: Planitherm argon-filled toughened glass double glazing within powder coated aluminium frames (black/grey RAL7021ST).

Laminate flooring: Aesthetic flooring with v-groove bevelled edges and wide planks. Very hard wearing, easy to maintain and comes with a 25-year manufacturer's warranty.

Certificated electrics: 6 internal and 2 external dimmable LED down-lights and 6 double power sockets (all with brushed metal finish) and a pendant light in the store room.
