From start to finish the work progressed smoothly and with no hitches. The build quality is superb and I would unhesitatingly recommend Garden Spaces to anyone looking for a high quality room to supplement their living space.

Summary

As professional pianists both Mr and Mrs Warwick were keen to add space for a dedicated area in their home for their music. The building would be used for their enjoyment but also importantly for student tuition which had previously taken place within their house. The new garden building was required to help keep the home private while providing suitable space for piano lessons. A strong floor and access for the piano would be needed.

Details

The Elegans spec music room was fitted with bespoke bi fold doors which were finished with the customers choice of colour matched aluminium frames to match their main property. These allowed plenty of room for the piano to be moved into the building with the added benefit of opening wide in the summer to bring the garden into the room. For colder weather underfloor heating was installed along with a climate control unit allowing lessons to continue throughout the year. Additional ventilation and light was achieved with the installation of a window to one end and the weight of the piano was easily supported by the hard wearing bamboo flooring.
Internally the room was finished with a custom painted feature wall using the customers choice of paint.
