We found the whole process from start to finish smooth and painless. The building design was tailored exactly to the brief and dimensions we gave and indeed the Garden Spaces team were able to recommend ways to enhance our design both internally and externally. Summary

With it's size, planning and building regulations for this garden room required careful consideration. The building would be used throughout the year and was to replace an existing wooden games room. The existing room was used by the family regularly during summer months but they were keen to ensure the new building would be warm and comfortable even in the depths of winter.

Details

We achieved additional height in this multi room garden building with the external walls reaching 3 metres. This added height added to the sense of internal space and was ideal for accommodating some of the larger gym equipment our client wanted to install. Three zones were designed allowing the family their own areas for exercise, home working and a playroom for the children, laminate flooring was laid throughout.
A bespoke feature with this build is the central entrance area which provides an individual entrance hall from which each room can be accessed separately.
The building has bespoke narrow windows that allow plenty of light while retaining privacy and these were fitted with silver integral blinds. Remote control lighting and separate climate control units in each of the three zones ensure the room can be set up to the customers liking. Externally we added a rendered feature wall in the entrance area, up and down lighting and small decking area.
