PRACTICAL AND BEAUTIFUL FLOORING OPTIONS
Flooring plays a large part in the look and feel of your Garden Space. We have carefully selected our range of flooring options in order to enhance your building and compliment the rest of your furnishings.
Choose from:
- a selection of stylish, hardwearing laminates (25 year residential warranty)
- beautiful solid engineered wood (30 year residential warranty)
- contemporary rubber tile, round stud flooring
All flooring options are available in a choice of colours and finishes and they have been selected to work perfectly within our building system. The laminate and engineered flooring options work well with the under floor heating system we supply since they are floating floors with room to expand and contract as they heat and cool.
Laminate flooring – 5 standard choices;
All 8mm thick, one plank with V Groove edges – 193mm x 1380mm
NOTE: Standard underlay is cushion plus white underlay with vapour barrier.
The floor is a Direct Pressure Laminate (DPL) using a one-step production process containing 3 layers which gives the floor excellent impact resistance and durability. Each of the planks has beveled edges (V Grooves) on all four sides, resulting in a very distinctive groove between the planks. This adds more depth and dimension as well as individual definition to each plank. This AC 4/very heavy domestic grade laminate can be used in all areas of your garden space.

Engineered solid wood flooring – 6 choices;
All 14mm thick, one plank with V Groove edges – 180mm x 1800mm

This is a 3-ply engineered floor so it is made from 3 different layers, one being the hardwood wear layer and the other two being constructed from spruce. The floor has a 2.5mm hardwood layer which, if necessary, can be sanded and re-finished up to 3 times. However, under a normal maintenance program, and in a domestic environment, the floor should not need to be sanded for around 20 years.
