HARD WEARING FLOORS
All our garden rooms come with either laminate or solid engineered wood floors, depending on the model you choose. Solid engineered wood flooring is also available as an upgrade option on our Gastropod and Helix range. Alternatively, you can choose practical rubber flooring – ideal for a playroom, art studio, garden office or gym.

HIGHLY DURABLE ROOFING MATERIAL
Garden Spaces uses EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) sheet rubber for its roofing material because it is exceptionally long lasting and provides highly effective insulation against both heat and cold. If you prefer, you can specify a sedum ‘living’ roof for your garden room as part of our extensive package of extras.

NATURAL WOOD CLADDING & DECKING
The insulation of your garden room is further enhanced through our use of natural wood cladding. Our low-mid priced buildings feature Thermowood – a treated Finnish pine, while our most luxurious garden rooms are clad in Western Red Cedar. Decking is also available in both materials, ensuring the exterior of your building will beautifully complement your garden landscape.
