GastroPod GARDEN BUILDINGS – HIGH QUALITY, LOWER COST

The Gastropod is the latest addition to our garden studio range. These buildings come in a choice of fixed sizes and aim to provide our customers with the most cost-effective garden room product available on the UK market today.

You can expect the same contemporary design, quality of materials and integrity of build from the Gastropod as you would enjoy with any other Garden Spaces product. It offers genuine, year-round, flexible space for a really great price.

PASSING SAVINGS ON TO OUR CUSTOMERS

To help drive down the price of the Gastropod, we aim to reduce the number of site visits we need to make by asking you to do some simple preparatory work. This saves us time and administration costs so we can pass those savings on to you.

ORDERING YOUR GASTROPOD

In order to provide you with an installation price we ask you to provide us with the following information:

• Your contact details – full name, address and telephone numbers
• A clear digital photograph of the proposed site – not too close please!
• A sketch of the site, including dimensions of the space and the intended location of your garden building
• Detail of any slope (more than 100mm), poor/damp/waterlogged ground conditions or significant tree roots across the site
• Details of the Gastropod model you require – e.g. A1, C3 etc.
• A list of any extras or upgrades you require

Based on the information you send us we will email you an installation price and, once this is agreed, we will require a small deposit of £500. One we receive your deposit we will arrange a convenient time to make a site visit so we can discuss the exact location and positioning of your studio, cost your electrical connection and discuss the extras or upgrades you’ve requested.

NB. If at this point you decide not to proceed with the installation of your Gastropod will deduct a small administration cost from your deposit and return the remainder to you immediately.

PAYING FOR YOUR GASTROPOD

Once we have agreed the details of your installation, we will require you to pay in a number of instalments as follows:

• 25% (less your £500 deposit) is due before we schedule the start date for your installation
• 45% will be due on the day we begin building
• The final 30% is due on completion
