Step 5 ...Planning Permission

The joy of Garden Spaces’ rooms is that, more often than not, they don’t need planning permission as they’re allowable under permitted development rights.

There are always exceptions to the rule, though (areas of outstanding natural beauty, listed buildings, etc) so if you do need planning permission, we can use our experience and – for an additional fee – manage the whole process for you from start to finish.
